These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fallsrecycle.com website (the "Site") and the electronics recycling services offered by Chagrin Electronic Recycling ("CER," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Our Services
CER provides electronics drop-off and pickup recycling services for residents and the community in and around Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Service availability, accepted items, hours, and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any item or service at our discretion.
Accepted Items and Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for backing up and permanently deleting any personal, financial, or sensitive data from devices before recycling them. While we handle devices responsibly, CER is not responsible for any data left on devices you drop off or hand over.
- By dropping off or handing over an item, you represent that you are the lawful owner (or are authorized to dispose of it) and that you transfer ownership of the item to CER for recycling, reuse, or proper disposal.
- Items left with us will not be returned. Please remove anything you wish to keep before drop-off or pickup.
- We may decline items that are hazardous, leaking, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe or outside the scope of our services.
Fees and Payment
Many of our services, including standard residential drop-off, are offered free of charge. Certain items or services may carry a fee, which will be communicated to you in advance. Where fees apply, payment is due as described at the time of service. Any fee-based services are currently handled on a cash basis unless otherwise stated.
Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site.
- Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without our permission.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the CER name and brand — is owned by or licensed to CER and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including our sister company and social media. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
